Founded in 2020 by owner Donald Harris, Central Valley Mushrooms is locally- and minority-owned and operated, and is the only urban mushroom farm within the Central Fresno area. Our mushrooms have been featured at numerous local restaurants, and we have developed a loyal following through the connections made marketing on social media and making deliveries throughout Fresno and Clovis. We educate, donate, sell, and share mushrooms with anyone who has the interest or curiosity to try something new and beneficial.
